- New Arrangements for Leisure Link Telephone Reservation
To enhance the utilisation of leisure facilities and optimise the use of venue resources, starting from 5 June 2012, telephone reservation for leisure facilities has to be made at least 3 days in advance and confirmed by payment at least 1 day before the day of use. For example, a hirer should make a reservation for 8 June by telephone not later than 5 June and confirm the reservation by payment at any booking counter or self-service kiosk on or before 7 June. Meanwhile, for telephone reservation over 3 days in advance, the arrangement that requires the hirer to confirm the booking by payment within 3 days inclusive of the day of reservation remains unchanged. Under the new arrangements, hirer can still make facility booking for less than 3 days in advance through Leisure Link counter service, internet booking service and self-service kiosks with immediate payment. Important Notes
- The above time is for reference only. To ensure a smooth booking process, please click to check if your computer’s hardware, software and internet connection settings meet the requirements of the system.
- The available dates for facility booking will be updated every day at 7:00 am. If you want to make bookings for the 30th day, please click “Facility Booking (Basic version)” or “Facility Booking (Personalised Version)” to enter the service after 7:00 am.
- Activity Enrolments will be updated every day at 8:30 am. If you want to enrol in newly launched activities, please click “Activity Enrolment” to enter the service after 8:30 am.
- If you do not receive any response from the system 15 minutes after you have finished the booking procedures, please visit to check the status of your transaction. If the web browser stops operating during payment, please jot down your reference number and check your latest transaction via “Transaction Status Enquiry”.
- In case of inclement weather, hirers or activity participants are advised to check with the venue staff or officer-in-charge beforehand whether the venues or facilities will be temporarily closed or the activities will be cancelled.
